When you reach the accumulated amount specified by the higher level, your member level will be immediately upgraded. After that, your new membership status will take effect in the following year.

When you accumulate enough public money needed to renew in the year you will be automatically renewed membership. Renewed membership takes effect in the following year.

Members who do not accumulate enough money spent to renew in five members will automatically be downgraded by one rank in the following year.
